These persons appeared recently in the Williams County Common Pleas Court:

-53 yr old Billy J. Pelland of Bryan pleaded guilty to the charges of Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs and Perjury.  Sentencing is scheduled for March 22nd.
