Ohio Motorcyclist Dies After Crashing Into Minivan

FREMONT, Ohio (AP) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a weekend crash that left a 62-year-old motorcyclist dead in northern Ohio.
Troopers say the crash happened after 10 p.m. Saturday just outside Fremont, about 25 miles southeast of Toledo. They say the 16-year-old Fremont girl driving a minivan failed to yield at an intersection and was struck by the motorcycle.
They say the motorcyclist, Annette Brewster of Martin, was thrown from the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries. She had been wearing a helmet.
The teen driver was not hurt.
Troopers say the investigation will be sent to the Sandusky County Juvenile Prosecutor's Office once it is complete.
